The right of withdrawal can be exercised only for contracts concluded at a distance or negotiations outside the commercial premises (art. 52 Consumer code), therefore it cannot be exercised in the case of purchases made in the store.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase on Milan Sample Sale (the "seller") within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of your order.

For customers who have shipping on Italian territory: 
A cost will be applied to your return € 10.00 as a contribution on the management, shipping, sanitation and reconditioning of the garment.
Once your return has been received and accepted, the refund will be completed through the payment method by you originally used net of the return management costs.

For customers who do not have shipping on Italian territory: 
In addition to the international shipping costs to be paid by the customer provided by the courier, a cost of € 9.00 will be applied to your return as a contribution on the management, sanitation and reconditioning of the boss.
Once your return has been received and accepted, the refund will be completed through the payment method by you originally used net of the return and international shipping costs.

It is understood that, in these hypotheses, the burden of proving the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal will be at your expense.

Your article must arrive in Milan Sample salt within seven (7) days from the date on which you have informed us of your will to withdraw from the contract, which we remind you to be seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the order.

The right of withdrawal is excluded if you have purchased sealed products or goods and which do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or connected to the protection of health and have been opened after delivery (such as underwear, socks and swimwear).

1. Conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is intended to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are entirely respected: 

to. The right of withdrawal must be regularly exercised within seven (7) days from receipt of the products following one of the above mode;

b. The products must not have been used, worn, washed and, in any case, must comply with the requirements indicated in art. 4, which follows, on the checks of conformity of the returned products;

c. The identification card must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal which constitutes an integral part of the asset (see in this regard the art. 7 that follows); 

d. The products must be returned in their original packaging (if you want to make a kit, you must return all the items that make it up);

And. The rendered products must be delivered to the shipper within seven (7) days that have run since you communicated to the seller your decision to withdraw from the contract in order to get them to Milan Sample salt within the maximum allowed times allowed to make the return; 

f. The products must not be damaged. 

If you have respected all the required conditions, the seller will fully refund you the price of the products purchased, remaining only the costs of the return, that is to say those for the return to the seller of the products purchased.

2. Effects of withdrawal
If you rek on this contract, you will be refunded all the payments you made in our favor, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no more than seven (7) days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The reimbursement could be retained over seven (7) days only until you have shown that you have sent back the goods or until these have been received by us, depending on which situation it occurs first. These reimbursements will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction. The reimbursement will be suspended until the reception of assets and the verification of their integrity. 

You are asked to send the assets or to deliver them to us near via Savona 97, 20144, Milan (MI), without undue delays and in any case within seven (7) days from the day you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The term is respected if you respect the assets before the expiry of the period of seven (7) days. The costs of returning the goods will be at your expense.

3. Methods to exercise withdrawal
If you decide to return the product purchased you have seven (7) days from the date of delivery to communicate the desire to make the order placed. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive your return on the warehouse and once the integrity of the item has been verified, the refund will be made directly on the payment method used to place the order.

Once the will to make the return has been communicated, we will send you a return label that will be charged to you at the time of the refund of the return head.

If the unwanted article is returned after the maximum permitted period, it will no longer be possible to request the refund.

If we receive a return out of these times, we could proceed by complying with the item by requesting the coverage of the costs of the shipment or, we could hold back to our logistics your item until your new disposition.  

4. Conforming checks of the products returned
You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions referred to in lett. a) and e) of the previous paragraph 1 and you can choose to get back the products purchased at your expense. If you refuse this shipment, the seller reserves the right to retain the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the products.

All products must be returned new and unused, in perfect condition, with all the protective materials and with the identification and stickers attached to the products (if present), in addition to their packaging, accessories and documentation. If the product shows signs of use or if it has been used or altered with respect to its original condition in any way, the seller reserves the right not to accept the return.

For example, the seller may decide not to proceed with the refund in the following circumstances:

• the products have been used, worn, damaged or washed;

• The identification card is no longer attached to the products with the disposable seal or has not been returned. Please note that the identification card constitutes an integral part of each product; and/or

• The original packaging that is an integral part of the product (e.g. the protective bag) has not been returned;

You will be contacted if the seller will decide not to proceed with the refund for this reason. In this case, you can choose (as an alternative to the reduction of the refund) to get back the products purchased at your expense. In the latter case, if you refuse the shipment, the seller will have the right to retain the products and the amount indicated for the reduction of the reimbursement, due to the decrease in value of the returned products.

The seller assumes no responsibility in case of products rendered by mistake or objects forgotten in the packages or products made.

5. Theaterreturn pistics and reimbursement methods 
You are asked to send the assets or to deliver them to us without undue delays and in any case within 7 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal from this contract.

After the seller has received your return and controlled that all the requirements have been respected, you will receive an e-mail of confirmation of acceptance of the return e Milan Sample salt will proceed to the full reimbursement. Whatever the payment method you used among those available, the refund is activated by the seller as soon as possible, and in any case within Seven (7) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once the withdrawal occurred in compliance with the above conditions. 
The effective time for the re -credited or the return of the sums paid for for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:

• Purchase by credit/debt card: the reimbursement time depends on the credit/debt card management company, but normally takes place within two account extracts. We remind you that the date currency of the re -credited is the same as the adjustment, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of banking interests;

• Purchase via PayPal: the refund will be made on your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual reimbursement on the credit card on your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card;

6. Conditions for the change of products
The change of the products purchased at our stores is admissible only and exclusively during the opening period of the private rooms (excluding weekends).

In some cases, as specified below, you will have the opportunity to change the products purchased with others of the same model, having different size and/or color. The change of products will only be possible if the products in the selected size and/or color are available.

The exchange request will take place within the limits provided below:

• You can request the change of one or more products purchased only with products of the same model, having different size and/or color. The products to be changed must be delivered to the courier within seven (7) days that have run since you communicated your decision to change the products to the seller; 

• You can make only one exchange request for each product purchased;

• The products for which you request the gearbox must be returned to Milan Sample salt In their original packaging, not used, nor worn, washed or damaged, and the identification card must still be attacked with the disposable seal;

• the products to be changed part of a single order must be sent to Milan Sample salt in one shipment. Milan Sample saltIn fact, the right not to accept products of the same order, sent for the gearbox at different times, reserves the right.

• To protect hygiene it is not possible to request the return for the swimsuit and/or intimate of all kinds. In addition, all socks, tights and products sold in one size cannot be changed or reimbursed.

If all the conditions mentioned above are correctly respected, once completed and sent the return form containing your exchange request, Milan Sample salt It will take charge of the same request for replacement by sending you a confirmation e-mail for this purpose.

After Milan Sample salt will have received the products you intend to change and controlled that all the requirements on display have been respected, Milan Sample salt will verify the actual availability at their warehouses of the products in the size and/or color that you will have selected.

In the event that the product or products selected for the gearbox are available, Milan Sample salt You will be able to accept your exchange request and will therefore proceed to send you an email confirming the shipment of replacement products. The shipment will take place in this case by Fourteen (14) working days from the date on which Milan Sample salt It will have become aware of your exchange request. The shipping costs of the replacement products will be borne by Milan Sample Sale.

Where the price of the product purchased is higher than the price of the product selected for the gearbox, you will not be recognized any refund for the difference.

7. CProduct identification arter 
We remember that all the products put on sale by the seller are equipped with an identification card set with disposable seal, which constitutes an integral part of the good. We therefore remember to try the product without removing the card and related seal, because the products made will not be accepted who without them.
