Shipments to Italy are made via the main Italian freight forwarders.

The contribution of transport costs in Italy, for orders up to €149.99 is equal to €7. Above €150.00 shipping is free.

Shipping times are on average 4-6 working days.

In the event that the package is not delivered to its destination and remains in storage with the courier, the storage costs will be charged to you.

EU

Shipments to the European Union are made via courier and deliveries will not be made to PO Boxes.

The contribution of transport costs for all European Union countries outside Italy for orders up to €199.99 is equal to €15.00. Above €200.00 the shipping fee is €7.00.

Shipping times are on average 6-8 working days, they vary depending on the destination. 

Parcels destined for countries within the European Union will not contain an invoice or any other documentation with the value of the goods.

In the event that the package is not delivered to its destination and remains in storage with the courier, you will be charged for these costs.

EXTRA EU

Shipments all over the world are made via international couriers, we do not deliver to post office boxes (P.O. Boxes).

The contribution of transport costs for all countries outside the European Union for orders up to €249.99 is equal to €20.00. Above €250.00 the shipping fee is €15.00.

Shipping times are on average 6-9 working days, they vary depending on the destination.

All shipments directed to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, will be accompanied by official invoices declaring the value of the individual items. 

Shipments outside the European Union involve the payment of import taxes to be paid by the customer and will be requested directly by customs or the shipper, regardless of the amount of the goods purchased.
